Every booking includes comprehensive insurance, fuel or electric charging, vehicle maintenance, cleaning, and 24/7 customer support. There are no hidden fees - you pay only the advertised hourly rate plus any applicable membership fee.
Are there any additional charges I should know about?
Standard bookings have no extra charges. Additional fees only apply for late returns (£10 per 30 minutes), smoking in vehicles (£150 cleaning fee), or significant damage beyond normal wear and tear.
How does billing work for cross-border trips?
Cross-border travel is included at no extra charge. You pay the same hourly rate regardless of which EU country you drive through. All insurance and support coverage remains active throughout Europe.
